Flea Comb

To use, ensure your dog's coat is free of tangles of knots. Gently comb the hair in the direction of the fur growth. Use the comb on the whole body, but pay particular attention to the neck and around the ears as this is when fleas are likely to be. To ensure your dog has an enjoyable grooming session, do not push the comb into the dog's skin. The fine stainless-steel teeth will trap and remove fleas. If fleas or eggs are identifitified, seek further treatment.

To use the tick tool, locate a tick by lifting the fur. Place the tool against the dog's skin and pull the tool back slowly and gently until the tick is trapped at the small end of the tool. Keep pulling slowly until the tick is detached from the skin and can be lifted away. Using this tool is a more hygienic way of removing ticks without squeezing the tick or leaving parts of the tick in the skin, which can lead to further health issues.
