Live Fish & Livestock

All fish are guaranteed for 7 days from purchase. No refunds or replacements can be given after this time. Fish temperament, size, gender, and suitability to live with one another cannot be guaranteed. Once purchased, fish care and welfare are your responsibility. Under no circumstances can fish be returned. Live fish are available for local delivery or click & collect only — we do not post live fish nationwide.Please see our Delivery & Returns page for full details.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on non-perishable goods (excludes livestock and perishable items). Proof of purchase is required for all refunds.Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.Please see our Delivery & Returns page for full returns information.
